The Cheekz Poppin’ bands are crafted to give you all of the resistance you need, without any extra equipment. That way you can move whenever you want, wherever you are, wherever you go. 

Sold as a set of three, you’ll receive one of each low, medium, and high resistance bands. 

You can use these bands to get those Cheekz Poppin by doing workouts such as:

Squats | Abduction and Aduction | Lunges | Thrusters | Kickbacks | Jumping Exercises

And many more exercises that also incorporate core and upper body muscles. 

The bands are made from premium fabric with silicone bands so they don’t scrunch and will stay in place on your legs.
